Refurbishment of Mr.& Mrs. Dodanwela Residence into a boutique hotel. Mostly used titanium finishes for walls and used white wash method on existing staircase. Created a moon roof with pergolas for maximum sunlight on corridors. Added 2 new bathrooms and 2 bedrooms in the existing floor area. Project completion was in 2 years.
